Marketing/Business Development Associate

Overview
We are seeking confident, highly motivated individuals to expand our growing territory of a nationwide program to connect home sellers with qualified homebuyers.

Our ideal candidate will not show up for work until Noon - as far as we're concerned, the less you're in the office, the better!

Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will make calls, set client meetings, make presentations, review accounts and provide ongoing support to develop solid, productive client relationships.

  • Introduction of program to potential clients via phone, internet, and face to face presentations.
  • Weekly client communication to monitor progress, address concerns, ideas, etc.
  • Prepares and maintain records of accounts visited, signed up and activated.
  • Proactively manage correspondence (electronic and paper) with clients and prospects.
  • Be available to meet with clients and prospects at their home as necessary
  • Deliver all marketing materials to clients as appropriate
  • Post and maintain client information on web as appropriate
  • With Marketing Director, develop scripts, presentations and sales tools to continuously improve the Program
  • Coordinate regular marketing activities to clients and prospects

Your efforts are supported by a strong portfolio of sales materials and presentations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be smart, intuitive, ambitious, and have a strong work ethic. Strengths should include exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and fluency in MS Office applications.

Candidates must have suitable vehicle and enjoy providing great customer service. We are looking for people with an ethical yet dynamic and creative approach to new business development.

Job Details
We will provide full, hands-on training for the right people. Candidates will be cross-trained in the areas of sales, marketing, and account management.

Compensation package is based on individual performance. The flexibility to work from your home is available for the right candidate. Flexible hours – weekend appointments a must.
