Outside Originators

As an experienced originator, have you ever been dissatisfied with your employers? Have you wished for more control with your loan pricing? And of course, do you believe you should be earning more income on each loan?

If this describes you, you need Advantage. We have designed our Outside Originator positions from the Originators point of view. We will give you the flexibility to originate and price your loans the way you would like. You become your own boss operating under our license. This is a system that only works for a self motivated individual. If you need a sales manager setting and demanding goals for you, this is not the place to be.

You orignate, we process and close.

Employees will be able to earn up to 60% of the net income earned on their loans and will be entitled to full benefits.

Remember, we are paying on a percentage basis, not basis points. This is a much more powerful way to be compensated because you share directly with how you price your loans.

We are seeking only experienced individuals to fill these limited openings. These are not entry level positions.
