"Thank You"
On the day of the signed application agreement, client is sent a thank you card and a book of Dunkin' Donuts’ gift certificates.

Ten flavors of cremes and five flavors of caramels in milk and dark chocolate.

"Congratulations - You’re Loan is Ready to Close!"
Once their loan is ready to close, the client will receive a selection of handmade chocolates delivered to their workplace. Included is a message letting them know we appreciate their business and look forward to a smooth (and creamy!) closing.

"Moving Forward"
After loan closing, we deliver to the client a "BUCKIE BOX," a sampler of biscotti and other treats. In addition, we provide a complimentary introductory session with a Financial Planner or other Preferred Partner (depending on the original referring partner).

Weekly
All of our clients receive a copy of “Advantage Weekly,” our email newsletter detailing such topics as real estate, financial planning, insurance strategies, income tax reduction strategies, estate planning and wills and trusts. View a sample.

Monthly
Client receives a copy of MyRateAdvisor™, a customized mortgage cost analysis detailing their potential savings if they refinanced at current rates or employed a pre-payment strategy. View a sample.

Every 6 months
Client receives a personal phone call, to keep in touch, to find out if they have any questions or concerns, and to remind them of the services we, and our Preferred Partners, offer.

Every January
Client receives a copy of their closing statement for that year's mortgage financing transaction for tax preparation purposes.
